Your Tour Guide will pick you up at your hotel. If the hotel is not near the Prado Museum the guide will call a taxi, this is not included in the price, but is usually less than 10€
Drop off at your hotel is not included. At the end of the tour your tour guide would recommend you things to do if you want to continue on your own, or she would help you to take at taxi.
